What is Heavy Cut Compound Blue used for?

It is the first step in a professional polishing process — it eliminates the most severe defects before moving on to a medium-cut compound or refining polish. Ideal for paintwork with deep scratches, intense oxidation, or sanding marks that a normal polish cannot remove.

How to Use

Wash and decontaminate the vehicle before polishing. If necessary, use a clay bar to remove particles adhered to the paint. Protect rubber, plastic, and headlights with masking tape. Apply 3-4 pea-sized drops to a wool or heavy-cut foam pad. Use a rotary or orbital machine at low to medium speed with the cross-hatching method. Remove residue with a clean microfiber cloth.
