RUPES Polishers and Pads

The D-A Coarse Extreme Cut microfiber pad, for dual-action polishers, was specially developed to quickly remove severe defects, sanding marks, and scratches on fully cured or harder paint systems, and on flat and solid surfaces.

The density and lateral stability of the foam layer, combined with the specialized microfiber material, ensure fast cutting on both dual-action orbital tools and gear-driven tools.

It pairs with RUPES D-A Coarse compound for the fastest defect removal across the entire range of BigFoot dual-action polishing tools.

Available in:

• Ø80mm – 3"
• Ø130mm – 5"

The D-A COARSE pad was specially developed for use with orbital (DA) and gear-driven tools. Its new open-cell foam removes light to severe defects on most paint systems. Combined with the RUPES DA-COARSE compound, it offers improved cutting and finishing capabilities.

This new pad combines the best features of RUPES' former blue and green foams, resulting in increased durability and a more vibrant blue color – while maintaining the cutting aggression required for defect correction, without compromising the final finish.

Available in:

• Ø80mm – Ø3"
• Ø130mm – Ø5"

The D-A INTERMEDIATE pad joins the RUPES D-A range, positioning itself between the D-A FINE yellow pad and the D-A COARSE blue pad. It is the most versatile pad in the BigFoot range, and can be used with various RUPES compounds, such as D-A COARSE, D-A FINE, UNO ADVANCED, and UNO PROTECT.

Combined with the D-A COARSE blue compound, it has the ability to remove severe defects on a wide variety of painted and solid surfaces.

Used with the D-A FINE yellow compound, it removes moderate to light defects and creates a high-gloss finish.

The highly developed foam formula excels even further when combined with UNO PROTECT or UNO ADVANCED for final polishing and creating a durable layer of protection.

Available in:

• Ø80mm – Ø3"
• Ø130mm – Ø5"

The D-A FINE pad is the most versatile in the entire RUPES BigFoot range, offering an effective defect removal rate and high-gloss finishing capability on most paint systems. It pairs with RUPES DA-FINE polishing compound for moderate to fine defect removal, paint refinement, or final finishing after more aggressive cutting steps.

This pad maintains the same excellent foam material as the current yellow orbital foam, now also compatible with gear-driven tools, with a more vibrant yellow hue.

Available in:

• Ø80mm – Ø3"
• Ø130mm – Ø5"

The D-A ULTRA-FINE foam pad is designed for high-gloss finishing and polishing on paint surfaces prone to hazing or that are very soft. It can also be used for applying sealants or waxes.

Combine the D-A Ultra-Fine pad with UNO PURE Universal Polish to remove extremely fine defects or achieve a "show car" level finish.

Available in:

• Ø80mm – Ø3"
• Ø130mm – Ø5"

The RUPES BigFoot LHR15 Mark V is a true revolution in professional polishing. With a ⌀125 mm backing pad and a 15 mm orbit, this random orbital polisher has been developed with a series of technical innovations that enhance performance and comfort, ensuring more precise and efficient polishing.

POLYSYNTHEC™ Gears – Less Vibration and Noise

POLYSYNTHEC™ composite gears offer superior wear resistance even under demanding working conditions. Lighter than traditional metal gears and requiring less lubrication, they increase motor efficiency and reduce power loss — resulting in a drastic reduction in vibration and noise (up to 47% less noise compared to previous models). This ensures a more stable grip, greater movement precision, and less fatigue during prolonged work sessions.

PrecisionPro Backing Pads and Lower Centre of Gravity

The new PrecisionPro backing pads ensure optimal balance with different discs, featuring a protective rubber edge that increases safety on delicate surfaces. The centre of gravity, reduced by 13 mm compared to previous models, provides superior stability and control, even in complex jobs or intricate details.

5-Year Warranty

RUPES guarantees the quality and durability of the Mark V with an extended 5-year warranty, upon product registration after purchase — covering manufacturing defects and ensuring long-term protection of your investment.
