The RUPES BigFoot LHR15 Mark V is a true revolution in professional polishing. With a ⌀125 mm backing pad and 15 mm orbit, this random orbital polisher has been developed with a series of technical innovations that enhance performance and comfort, ensuring more precise and efficient polishing.
POLYSYNTHEC™ Gears - less vibration and noise
POLYSYNTHEC™ composite gears offer superior wear resistance even under demanding working conditions. Lighter than traditional metal gears and requiring less lubrication, they increase motor efficiency and reduce energy loss — resulting in a drastic reduction in vibration and noise (up to 47% less noise compared to previous models). This ensures a more stable grip, greater movement precision, and reduced fatigue during prolonged work sessions.
PrecisionPro pads and lower center of gravity
The new PrecisionPro backing pads ensure optimal balance with different discs, featuring a protective rubber edge that increases safety on delicate surfaces. The center of gravity, lowered by 13 mm compared to previous models, provides superior stability and control, even in complex tasks or intricate details.
5-Year Warranty
RUPES guarantees the quality and durability of the Mark V with an extended 5-year warranty, upon product registration after purchase — covering manufacturing defects and ensuring long-term protection of your investment.

The RUPES BigFoot LHR15 MarkIII was created to tackle any detailing challenge. The ergonomic design allows for precise and comfortable paint correction, even on curved surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. The LHR15 MarkIII operates at a higher speed than the LHR21 MarkIII, offering equivalent correction with a backing plate diameter and orbit more suitable for curved or uneven surfaces.
Random Orbital Movement
The backing plate follows an orbit (the amplitude of which depends on the distance between the axis of rotation of the drive spindle and the central axis of the backing plate) and rotates freely on its own axis. The speed and direction of rotation vary due to the centrifugal force of the eccentric movement and friction with the surface. This random orbital movement represents the best balance between effectiveness and quality of surface treatment.
Improved Ergonomics
The rubberized front grip of the MarkIII ensures exceptional comfort and a non-slip surface for greater control. The rear grip also integrates rubberized surfaces for improved handling feel. Two strategically placed, non-marking tool rests ensure stability when the machine is not in use, protecting it from accidental impacts.
Electronic Speed Control
The new electronic regulator allows for easy adjustment of the polisher's maximum speed without needing to change hand positions. The larger dial is adjusted with a simple thumb movement, with high-visibility numbering for more precise speed selections without interrupting work.
9-Meter Electrical Cord
The new 9-meter Heavy Duty cord ensures maximum power to the polisher, safely and efficiently. The extra length eliminates the need for extension cords when working around the vehicle.
Progressive Trigger
The new progressive trigger acts as an accelerator within the speed regulator's range, allowing subtle adjustments and precise control without interrupting the polishing process.
Design
Every detail, such as the rubber support on the machine's body that keeps it stable when not in operation, results from meticulous research focused on maximum operator comfort.
