Random Orbital Movement
The backing pad follows an orbit (whose amplitude depends on the distance between the axis of rotation of the drive shaft and the central axis of the pad) and rotates freely on its own axis. The speed and direction of rotation vary due to the centrifugal force of the eccentric movement and friction with the surface. This random orbital movement represents the best balance between effectiveness and quality of surface treatment.

Switch Lock
