The RUPES LK900E Mille joins the BigFoot family to fill the gap between rotary and free orbital polishers. It offers a balance of power, ergonomics, and capability for operators seeking a gear-driven solution — powerful defect removal, versatility, and consistent performance, in a design focused on operator comfort and work efficiency.
What is a gear-driven polisher? In gear-driven motion, the backing pad follows an orbit (whose amplitude depends on the distance between the spindle's rotation axis and the pad's central axis) and is simultaneously forced to rotate on its own central axis through a gear system. The number of orbits per disk rotation is always constant, depending on the parameters of the gear used. This movement is more aggressive on the surface than random orbital movement, generally generating a higher vibration level — but also greater defect correction capability.
Clockwise Rotation: The Mille uses an electric motor developed in-house by RUPES, which allows for clockwise rotation — resulting in greater control and comfort for the operator. Competing tools use counter-clockwise motion, which can increase unwanted lateral movement and operator fatigue.
9-meter Power Cord: An extra-long, heavy-duty cable, sized to deliver maximum power safely and efficiently, without the need for extension cords when working around a vehicle.
Electronic Speed Control Dial: Variable speed selector with large numbers and a click-feel with each change, positioned for effortless adjustment during work.
Progressive Trigger: Works like an accelerator, allowing immediate speed adjustment within the dial's range, without interrupting the polishing process.
Double Rubber Support: Two rubber supports on the machine's body keep it stable when placed on a workbench or cart.

- RUPES LK900E Gear-Driven Polisher
- Backing Pad Ø125mm – Ø5"
- Backing Pad Ø150mm – Ø6"

The RUPES LH19E is a high-torque rotary polisher, featuring a compact design, premium ergonomics, and lightweight construction — one of the most capable and manageable rotary polishers on the market. Ideal for car detailing, collision repair and refinishing, marine applications, and other professional uses.
What is a rotary polisher? Unlike orbital (DA) polishers, a rotary pad spins on a central axis, with the highest speed at the edges of the pad. Rotary motion is the most aggressive on the surface, generating considerable friction and heat, which can cause burns, excessive paint wear ("strike-through"), and rotary marks (holograms) if used incorrectly. In the hands of an experienced technician, however, a rotary polisher offers the lowest vibration levels among all polishing tools — but it requires time and practice to master correctly. It is the most used tool for polishing and defect correction by experienced professionals.
Anti-vibration loop handle: an innovative handle allows the polisher to be held firmly at different angles for precision and stability during polishing. The soft material and special design absorb and dissipate vibration, improving operator comfort and protecting delicate surfaces. Included as standard in all versions.
9-meter power cord: an extra-long, heavy-duty cord, sized to deliver maximum power to the polisher safely and efficiently. The length eliminates the need for extension cords when working around a vehicle.
Electronic speed control dial: a variable speed selector with large numbers and a click sensation with each change, positioned for effortless adjustment during work.
Progressive trigger: acts like an accelerator, allowing immediate speed adjustment within the dial's range, without interrupting the polishing process.
