Returns
We accept returns of new, unopened products within 60 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition, showing no signs of use. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the refund amount reflects the product price minus shipping costs (outbound and return). Opened or used products are not eligible for return, except in cases of confirmed defect — in which case return shipping costs are covered by DetailDawg.
